Support at Home
As a specialist home care provider, Melville Cares aims to keep you healthy and happy at home for as long as possible. Our approach focuses on wellness. By supporting you to retain existing skills and regain skills for everyday tasks, you can live an independent and a connected life from the comfort and safety of your own home. We can support you if you are aged 65 years or over through your Support at Home package (SaH), Commonwealth Home Support Program funding (CHSP) or privately funded services.
Social Groups
Our social groups have something for everyone. We offer a range of activities, providing opportunities to learn, get involved and meet people.
Transport Services
Our transport services allow you to access the community services you need to live independently. We can transport you to appointments, shopping outings and social visits.
Volunteer
By volunteering with us, you can make a huge difference in the lives of others. You can help our clients to remain a part of the community, continue to live independently at home and enhance their quality of life.
