Cares Communities Connect – service management at your fingertips
Cares Communities Connect is an app for Melville Cares and Western Suburbs Cares clients and your families to use via your smartphone or tablet to access, view and manage services, booking schedules and activities, provide feedback and stay connected with the latest news and events.
Activating the app
Cares Communities Connect is available to current clients of Melville Cares and Western Suburbs Cares, and their family members and key contacts, only. If you are a current client or family member and would like to use the app, please email connect@melvillecares.org.au requesting access and stating the client name and who needs to have access. Our team will then activate the app for you.
If you need access for more than one client (eg. if you are half of a couple or you are a family member with two parents who are clients), please say so, as we need to set this up for you.
Downloading the app
Cares Communities Connect is available to download from the Apple or Android stores and is available on model 7 and above smartphones and tablets.
To download the app:
1. Scan the QR code or search for Cares Communities Connect in the App Store or on Google Play and download it.
2. Once the app has downloaded, you can then open the Cares Communities Connect app on your phone or tablet and begin the login process.
3. Login details will be provided when we confirm your App activation.
