The Office will be open Wednesday 27th to Friday 29th with minimal staff for your enquiries.
The Friendship Club and Pathways to Abilities programs will be closed from 22nd December 2017 and reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
Limited transport services will be available from the 22nd December 2017 until the 2nd January 2018 as per the Christmas Transport 2017 letter.
Domestic Assistance and Home Services will not be provided on Public Holidays otherwise will continue as scheduled.
Personal Care and Medication Prompts, if required, may be available on Public Holidays. Please call and confirm with your services Coordinator.
